  I went to pick up a new medication and the technician asked if I had a question for the pharmacist and I said yes and she said okay what is your question? I responded with “I don’t get to speak with him?” She said she was going to ask for me and I said never mind. I believe it’s protocol to give counseling to patients for new medications. It says counsel right on my prescription. However, when I wanted to speak with the pharmacist directly about questions regarding a new medication she made me feel like it was a burden and made me feel uncomfortable. What if I had a personal question I didn’t want to share with the technician? When I called to speak to the pharmacist he was very rude and said she did nothing wrong and STILL failed to offer me counseling. When I said I wouldn’t be returning to this store he said okay thanks and hung up on me. This is absolutely the worst customer service and medical service I have ever been provided at any CVS in the many states I have lived in.
