  We are extremely happy with the floors that were installed... but getting to that point was an incredibly stressful process. The employee assigned to our business was not very nice, was difficult to get in touch with, and would not return our phone calls/messages. Setting up appointments was unnecessarily difficult... even the scheduling of the install itself wavered in the final week (after being scheduled weeks in advance) until we threatened to do a chargeback on the credit card. Again, the installation crew and actual floor product were amazing... but getting to that point had us threatening to cancel multiple times.

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Donna was a friend of my Mom so I assumed she would do good work. Boy was I wrong. She appeared to be very nice and concerned in the beginning but that all changed once the order was placed and she was paid. Very condescending, never returns phone calls and still has not finished my tiny little kitchen that she charged, sorry, stole $3,000 to put fake wood in. They started the project in September, laid the wrong floor, didn't level the transition and never put the mold back on. Have been calling to have it removed or fixed to no answer. we now have to waste our time and money to take her to civil court and start the whole project over again. An absolute waste of time and money. It is amazing she is still in business after seeing how many people have had the exact same awful experience. DO NOT GO TO FOYER'S AND BEYOND. It wouldn't let me post without putting 1 star!
