  I took a large gold chain bracelet to Jared as it was falling off my wrist and I was afraid of losing it. They replaced the clasp and charged me $300. It did look the same as my old clasp, but they assured me it was better. Within two weeks the bracelet fell off - a lady behind me in a checkout line handed it to me saying it had fallen on the floor and she noticed it. I took it back to Jared and they kept it for a week. Two weeks after getting it back it fell off again. I returned and left it for another week. Same thing happened, so I returned it and asked for an owner or manager. The young woman told me that the clasp loosens so you just have to stretch it and then it will be tight again. If this is the case, why were they keeping it for a week for "repairs" and why didn't they tell me that about my original clasp? Will definitely not be going back.
