  I went in looking for a suit and met a gentleman named Ed. He was very attentive to my needs and a great help in picking out a suit as well as the perfect shirt and tie to go with it. While he was at it he had me slip on pair of shoes to polish off the look and sold. I would highly recommend giving him a visit if you are looking for that first suit or in need of a new one or just want a good laugh. Thank you again Ed and I will be sure to return for the next go around.

  Terrible customer service. My husband has been a Joseph A Bank customer for years, with generally very good service. The sales people at this location are just very rude! Will keep going to Green Hills, but Cool Springs is off our list.
