  If I could leave a 1/2 Star I would, the worst customer service on any purchase I’ve ever received especially a major $$$$ purchase. I recently purchased a couch, chair and a half and ottoman from Macy’s Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin, TN. The delivery was scheduled on a work day and resulted in a no show after I took off work. I was not happy but they rescheduled delivery 5 days later (Sunday). The second delivery date I called when the delivery window was almost gone and told they checked the truck GPS and the truck was seconds away, really seconds away? After 45 minutes and a second no show I received a automated call requesting I complete a survey of my delivery and satisfaction? I simply hung up and called customer service only to be told this time my order was not placed on the truck, Really Macy’s! Now the delivery is scheduled 3 days out (Wednesday) and I have to take off work again. Will update ...

  Bought a bed, spring comes out within 1st year. Call the store to make arrangements for the inspectors to come. 3 times they cancel, once calling at 2:30 am. Call customer service to complain, they say they will pick up bed and refund the money. They have now cancelled the pick up 2 times. What a shoddy company. They just want to steal the money I paid and not return it. Horrible company. Do us a favor and go out of business. Additional info. Asked family member to call about issue cause I'm at work and she said they made fun of her Hispanic accent and hung up on her!! Anti Hispanic much? Our money is green regardless of accent, should be treated the same or are there different levels of help based on where you're from? Is this why they keep cancelling?
