  Two weeks ago my wife and I visited this Mattress Firm to possibly upgrade our queen box spring mattress to a king size mattress. As we walked in we were first approached by Kyle to ask us if he could help us. I informed him that we are looking for a king size mattress and I was overwhelmed at the different types and brands. He kindly informed us of the difference between a pillow top and memory foam mattress. Then after talking about our budget, he recommended two of each which helped with the overwhelming feeling. At this point I should also mention that we had our very energetic 3 year old with us. For you that have a 3 year old you know this can cause distractions from making big purchases and sales people tend to get irritated at that. Kyle himself was really good with our child, but there was another saleslady (I unfortunately forgot her name) there that was awesome with children and really helped us while we discussed our purchase. Kyle then stepped away to allow my wife and I to lie on each mattress and talk it over in private. If we had questions (which we had many), Kyle was close by to answer them. We eventually narrowed it down to one pillow top and one memory foam mattress. After discussing the life spans, warranties and unbelievable deal, it only made sense to go with the Tempur-Pedic. I should also mention this was Sunday around 1pm. We had recently had a horrible experience with a furniture company delivering furniture so with this being Sunday and our expectations being set from the other company…we were thinking we would get our mattress in our house in about 2 weeks. So when Kyle said “we can have it there between 5pm – 10pm tonight, will that work” we didn’t believe him. To our amazement at 6ishpm that evening our new mattress was being delivered by two individuals in a very professional way. It’s been two weeks and so far we love it. Kyle also mentioned if we didn’t to let him know, they have a 60 day return policy. So if we didn’t like it we could trade it for another.
