  Best. Best. Best!!!! I bought a ring from a Nashville jewelry store named village jewelers. The first diamond was too small for the ring but they sold it to me anyway. Then I upgraded to a bigger diamond at Village and they sold me a diamond with a spot in it that had been graded by an unreliable company for the price of a high quality diamond. I called platinum jewelers and met Chris. He was incredibly understanding and gave me an education on what had happened to me and showed me what diamonds are really worth. He recommended just the right size and grade to give me the biggest bang for the buck. The diamond that I had bought from Village Jewelers was actually too big for the ring and they had crammed it in there anyway. Chris had his jeweler custom make the exact same ring but in a larger size to fit the diamond that I bought from him. Now he is custom making the wedding band as well! The wedding band that I bought from the other jewelry store was a different carat weight of gold than the engagement ring and did not really match the ring. I paid an exorbitant price for it as well. It has taken me 2 1/2 years to recover from purchasing the original wedding band and engagement ring from the other store. With the help of Chris I am now completely satisfied and my wife was literally astounded when I surprised her with the custom engagement ring. It was exactly like the original but larger to fit the diamond that he sold me for the RIGHT price. His jeweler did an amazing job. The engraving was perfect. I got a much larger diamond and better quality for the same price that I paid for the terrible diamond from village jewelers. As a note, I was driving by village jewelers the other day and saw that they are out of business! Maybe he retired? Or, maybe not .... Thank you Chris! I tell everyone I know that is looking for a ring to come to Platinum Jewelers. Chance :)

  Yesterday I took a ring in to be appraised. I was immediately greeted by Nolan who was friendly and quickly impressed me with his knowledge of jewelry. He told me more than I ever knew about a bracelet that I owned and happened to be wearing that day. Chris, the owner, completed the appraisal while I waited. Both gentlemen were very professional and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Well done and low cost. I would definitely recommend them...and they have a nice selection of beautiful pieces available as well.
