  I have never had worse customer service. They were extremely rude. I am 18 and I simply wanted to purchase a pillow. When I walked in, a sales man immediately said, “You need to leave. We have customers.”

  Horrible horrible experience. Some of the worst money I've ever spent. Mattress won't stay in place on base and one side will not hold air. Their customer service wants $179 to look at it even though the district, regional and store managers have promised to come look at it free (3 no shows). Do not buy this piece of crap bed, they will not support it.

  We were greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. He walked us through all the different options, and didn't pressure us to purchase at all. We returned the following day to make our purchase! Would highly recommend checking this location out!
