  Ordering, measuring, etc., was fine for the tuxes. However, my husband's tux (remember this is the groom's tux for the wedding...should be the most important one to get right) was missing shoes and the tie was completely incorrect. He had on a light gray bowtie when it should have been a dark gray necktie. Extremely disappointed. This is after I called THREE times to ensure the order was correct. When I called to complain they said had they known, they would have fixed the issue. However, with ours being a morning wedding, we were just out of luck I guess. We were told if we ever needed tux service again, they hoped we would use them. Um no. Definitely not. The first thing a bride notices when she gets to the alter to marry her husband should not be that his tie is completely wrong. Fair warning for anyone doing business with this company.
