  So last night my husband and I went in to pick up my prescription pharmacy is great. But my husband went up front to go pay for something he needed and he unfortunately left our bank card in the store. We knew didn’t notice we got home we had left it because it was the only place we had been. I called Walgreens this morning to ask if my card was there and the gentleman who answered was very nice and he asked me to wait because he needed to check I described the card spelled my name and told him we had left it on the front counter he picked up and said it was not there. My husband and I knew for a fact we had left it there so he drove down there and they told him it was not there now once he finally got them to check again surprisingly it was there. To be honest the thing that annoys us the most is the fact that we described the card and had to ask more than two times and still it felt like they had no intrest in helping us in finding our card with them having it. It really comes down to customer service we wouldn’t have been so pushy with the fact that we kept going back to look for the card but we for a fact knew it was there. I have worked in customer service all my life. And being on both sides to me it was pure laziness I mean he could of offered to take down my name and phone number and have someone double check but there was just a huge lack of interest in helping the customer. So basically if you guys are also calling the store to see if something is available just go in your selves and look for it because they could be telling you no and it is sitting in froont of them. Like I said the pharmacy was great. And I personally love walgreens but this was just disappointing because it’s not like it was a product it was our personal belongings.

  Rudest employees I've ever come across. They were actually yelling at each other in front of customers in the store. At checkout the cashier made a fit that I was trying to get cash back. Insane... No reason to shop here everything is so overpriced
